Bristol Open Day

British Stammering Association Open Day, Saturday 11th March. Speakers, workshops, and a chance to meet other people who stammer or parents.

Free event. Come along and meet others who stammer, parents of stammering children, and speech therapists in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

The Open Day is in Bristol City Centre, at Armada House Conference & Events, Telephone Avenue, BS1 4BQ. Details of how to get there are at www.armadahouse.co.uk/finding-us/. It starts at 10am, doors open 9:30.

There is no charge for the day, including lunch, tea and coffee. However we will be collecting donations on the day.

  • Living Well with Stammering - includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy & Mindfulness
  • Solution Focussed Brief Therapy (SFBT)
  • Camperdown treatment for adults
  • Employers Stammering Network
  • Stammering in Childhood: Overview of therapy options, and discussion
  • Supporting children throughout their education - one-to-one /small group consultations
  • Self-led small group discussions.
