Dr Trudy Stewart, an experienced Speech and Language Therapist is looking at the school experiences of children, young people [*] and adults who stammer. She is particularly interested in:

  • things teachers/other school staff did which were helpful in terms of your speech and communication in school
  • things teachers/other school staff did which were less helpful in terms of your speech and communication
  • any comments or advice you might have for teachers and others working in schools to help children and young people who stammer

Contributions may be included in a piece of work for teachers.

Any contribution to this exercise will be anonymous; your name would not be included nor would any school or teacher be identified.
